Ugh. I regularly attend a church and I enjoy the fellowship and connection - but if a pastor specifically endorsed a candidate (right or left) from the pulpit, I'd leave. I recall a number of conservative churches in the area where I grew up making a big deal of pushing the IRS, daring them to enforce the law (this was the 1990s) - nothing happened to them, and it was very clear they were saying: God wants you to vote for X. Just gross.
Hmm, now will they pay taxes?
This makes churches more polarized and more racially segregated than ever.
This is the beginning of the end for freedom !
Separation of religion and state is essential, fundamental for freedom and liberty.
More trump bullshit
US - separation of powers is the law of the land. IRS is doing is vial.
They are openly pushing against the Constitution to see if it breaks!
The separation of church & state is protection for the churches!! Just look at the massive damage maga has already caused to Christian churches.
I fully agree. State and church should be separated and the state should stop supporting the churches with tax money.

Why does the IRS make that decision?
Time to have my own church
