MAGA Pickpocketed the POOR to Feed the 1%

Well, folks — it happened.
At 6:45 in the goddamn morning, with barely enough votes to keep the lights on, Republicans in the House passed what they’re proudly calling the “One Big Beautiful Bill.”

Let’s call it what it really is:
One Big Beautiful Theft.

Because this isn’t just bad policy — it’s an economic mugging, written by billionaires, rubber-stamped by cowards, and paid for by the rest of us.

🚨 $500 Billion in Automatic Medicare Cuts

Buried in the 1,000-page monstrosity is a sneaky little time bomb called PAYGO. That’s Washington-speak for:

“If our tax giveaways blow up the deficit, we’re legally required to slash social programs automatically.”

And slash they will.

The CBO scored this sucker at up to half a trillion dollars in cuts to Medicare — not Medicaid — Medicare. The program you earned by working your whole life. The one you see deducted on every single paycheck.

And how are those cuts triggered?

By the very same tax cuts in this bill that explode the deficit in the first place.

You tracking this? The GOP wrote a bill that gives billions to the rich, then uses the resulting debt crisis to rob grandma’s healthcare. It’s engineered austerity. It’s an automated scam. It’s theft by design.

A Tax Scam Disguised as Reform

Let’s walk through the “highlights” of this so-called budget:

• 🔥 Permanent extensions of the 2017 Trump tax cuts for the rich

• 💰 Elimination of taxes on tips, overtime, and auto loan interest — just enough to fool you into thinking you got something

• 💀 Work requirements for Medicaid that’ll kick millions off care

• 🪓 SNAP cuts to “offset” repealed taxes on… tanning beds and gun silencers

• 🧾 A 2% wealth increase for the top 10%, and a 4% loss for the poorest Americans — per the CBO

And they call it a “mandate.” This thing passed by one goddamn vote.

This Was the Plan All Along

Republicans didn’t trip and fall into this.
They designed it. Carefully. Quietly.

They knew the deficit would skyrocket from permanent tax cuts.
They knew PAYGO would kick in.
They knew it would slash Medicare.

And they said nothing.
Because that was always the point.

The GOP doesn’t want to govern. They want to extract — for the donors, for the 1%, for themselves. They used your tax dollars to set fire to your safety net, then told you it smelled like freedom.

This Is Not Conservatism — It’s Class Warfare

Cutting healthcare to pay for tax cuts is not “fiscal responsibility.” It’s the politics of cruelty.

They want to starve kids, strip the working class of benefits, and call it “waste reduction.” They want to steal what you paid into your whole life and hand it to Wall Street. They want to drown your kitchen table in red ink and tell you it’s a prosperity gospel.

This is not government.
